The compensation package for this position includes both fixed and variable components. Candidates from all emirates of UAE can apply for this position.
2 to 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record in Direct Sal Development in subscription, financial, holiday, or insurance sales, with a focus on meeting reven targets for the enterpri market.Strong business acumen with excellent presentation and communication skills. Good at cold calling, prospecting and excellent in building strong pipeline. Exceptional in probing and understanding customer needs, proposing and positioning right solutions that matches their requirements. Presenting solutions, handling objections, negotiating and closing deals with necessary documentations in a shorter sales cycle. Liaise with internal te and efficiently leverage resources to attain or exceed monthly targets. Ensure timely payment collections and regular follow-upsAggressive mindset, confident, business minded and active listener. Strong communication skills, outstanding relationship building quality, team player, highly organized, time management and ambitious. Female & male candidates may apply, must be English fluent. UAE driving license would be an added advantage. Up to date sales reports and opportuni status. Should be skilled in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
