We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing sales strategies to close deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential customers by researching industry trends and market conditions
2. Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue from existing customers 3. Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
4. Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
5. Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales
6. Build relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
7. Stay up to date on industry trends, market activities, competitors, products, services, etc.
8. Maintain accurate records of all transactions
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
2. Experience in customer support is a plus
