We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling medical, respiratory, airway, and surgical consumables. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, coupled with a valid UAE driving license. This role involves targeting opportunities in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, requiring a strategic approach to establish and maintain strong relationships with medical procurement departments. The successful candidate will leverage their existing contacts within the industry to drive sales and contribute to the growth of our organization. Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of proven and successful experience in selling medical, respiratory, airway, and surgical consumables.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Healthcare.
In-depth understanding of medical consumables, healthcare products, and industry trends.
Familiarity with the regulatory environment and standards governing medical supplies.
Valid UAE driving license is a prerequisite.
Established and extensive contacts within medical procurement departments in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Collaborative spirit to work effectively with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development.
Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Capability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to potential clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the healthcare landscape, market dynamics, and key players in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
