Sales Executive (IT) handles the sales of IT support and services to new or existing customers in order to achieve revenue targets. Customers are usually technology buyers from organizations all over UAE. The Sales Executive (IT) maintains the client relationships, provides pre-sales as well as after sales advice, and is a key contact point for customers.
The position requires an individual to have a good business aen with a broad understanding of Information Technology. They should also be good team players with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage in cold-calling to create interest in company products and services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings.
Identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques.
Prepare and deliver customer presentations including high-level solution overviews a demos.
Understand customers’ business needs and challenges and position the relevant solutions that address those needs.
Persuade potential buyers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and service delivery while managing customer objections.
Maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors and distributors.
Manage your own time by organizing and prioritizing daily and monthly tasks.
Education & Qualifications
2-4 years of sales or pre-sales experience preferred in UAE is a must.
Strong written and verbal communications skills with prevalent professional demeanor. Excellent presentation skills.
Broad technology knowledge.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic (Preferable).
Knowledge of MS Office software.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
Ability to create and deliver presentations.
Fast learner and quick thinker.
Passionate about sales.
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
Driving License with own car (Preferable).
