We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with a background in banking sales, specifically in credit cards, insurance, and personal loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of banking products, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Must Have:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Proven experience in direct sal Sales in banking or financial industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive attitude.
- Good communication, Negotiation & interpersonal skills & Market knowledge
- Candidates with strong banking knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure to meet sales target.
- Through direct / telephonic conversations able to engage with the customers.

- Engage and educate customers on product usage
- Convey brand information to customers and respond to questio that arise
- Responsible for dai sales targets
- Investigate and address competitors’ activities
- Prioritize and schedule proactive calls to organization’s accounts
- Update and manage contact database with accurate profiles, notes, and relevant information
- Undertake training on the firm’s markets and products, and improve on selling skills
- Match sales opportunities that cover other products involving various sales representatives
- Bargain customer pricing contracts with third party providers.
