Sales Executive / Social Media Marketing Executive
Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.
Marketing activities to achieve the target (minimum of 10 customers monthly).
Active sale — running your social media and campaigns.
Handling client queries over the phone, by email, and during meetings.
Follow up with the clients through WhatsApp, Emails, and Calls as needed.
Address any questions or issues customers may have.
Able to build strong working relationships with existing as well as new clients.
Maintain and manage client data and privacy as per company policy and procedures.
Strong verbal and written English communication.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Previous sales or related experience preferred.
Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
Collaborating with agenci to organize shoots and creating a mood board for the same
Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications.
Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.
Constant checking on DMs and comments and responding to all.
