Job description
we are looking to hire sales Supervisor for our company, you will be maintaining the deals and increase the sales with the business customers (Hotels, Restaurants and Catering customers), lead the sales team of the catering department and is responsible for leading all the sales activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Must have detail knowledge of (HoReCa ) in order to communicate all the information to customers.
· Must be able to lead a team, delegate tasks and follow up the progress to achieve the targets.
· Perform direct marketing and sales activities by yourself as well as through the team to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan to solicit new businesses.
· Issue and prepare latest updated offers and present to customers in order to increase sales and strengthen the position and image of our company .
· Communicate extensively via telephone and email with key individua to respond to their queries and follow up of new projects and customers.
· Monitor and report on activities of competitor and customer surveys and provide relevant information to management.
· Forecast the requirements and assist in placing orders accordingly.
· Deliver, discuss, and negotiate the quotations with the customer.
· Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
· Must ensure the delivery of orders to the clients in a timely manner.
· Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
· Must record all customer’s record with credit details and ensure continuous follow up to clear all the outstanding amounts in agreed time.
· Train and equip the team members with skills and updated knowledge about the products and market.
· Any additional relevant tasks assigned by the management.
