Gradua with minimum 8-10yrs experience in Building materia Industry preferable in selling of Pipes & Fittings.
Be able generate sales (target oriented role), retain customers, build relationships and credibility. knowledge about UAE market and industry.
Develop a strong team ethic between all departments of the business and bui strategic relationships and alliances with key clients, consultants and business partners.
Identify key business opportunities and develop business throughout Dubai & Abu Dhabi.
Create the bid strategy and constantly review and adapt until award of project.
The negotiation and closing of business deals.
Formulate market analysis and delivering accurate business reports.
Serve as lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects.
Forecast long and short-range market potential for Management’s analysis.
Excellent negotiation skills with some commercial Acumen.
Should have managed a team of sales staff

Sales target in terms of value including cash sales.
No. of new customers and repeat customers.
Improved customer satisfaction.
Sales operational efficiency.
Building of effect sales team
