Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth by acquiring new clients and fostering strong relationships. As a Sales Representative at Shriscape, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, pitching our services to potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. You will collaborate closely with our design team to understand our offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients. Additionally, you will play a key role in representing Shriscape at industry events and networking functions to expand our reach and visibility.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough research on client needs, preferences, and industry trends to tailor sales pitches and proposals accordingly.
Present and demonstrate Shriscape's architectural and interior design services to clients, highlighting the unique value proposition and benefits.
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project requirements and client expectations.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
Represent Shriscape at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the architectural or design industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
UAE driving license and own transportation is a plus
