Bachelors Degr in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
3-5 years GCC experience in dealing with a portfolio of clients and sales channels for developing marketing and distribution plans and monitoring sales personnel
Analytical and with proven track record in achieving sales target from a reputable FM company
Ability to lead a team and resolve issues that arise and provide solutions.
To escalate suggestions and solutions to Management in a timely manner in order for best results
Strong track record in market penetration at all levels
Ability to do market research and competitor analysis
Excellent communication and presentations skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiations skills
With valid Bahrain driving license
