1. Analyse support tickets and figure out root cause. Support tickets are around issue with BEX queries and BOBJ Reports.
2. Review new changes needed to existing Reports or build new reports.
3. Prepare doentation covering Functional and non functional design for BI Reports.
4. Attend Customer meetings to gather requirement , review doentation and assist with sign off.
