Responsible for artistically arranging flowers, balloons and gift baskets and other decorations.
Primary responsibilities
Arrange balloons & flowers for display according to occasions in shop.
Prepare arrangements for online orders on time for pickup and delivery and Fulfill large orders.
Maintaining gift shop inventory, stocking shelves and ensuring cleanliness of work and storage areas
Cut stems to proper length. Keep flowers watered and fresh and Discard wilting or dead arrangements.
Attend to customers in floral shop & upsell with good negotiation skills.
Inform customers about the care, maintenance, and handling of flowers and balloons.
Provide advice and suggestions for flower selection.
Prepare window displays.
Unpack flowers and prepare for storage.
