Job Description
• Responsible for arranging shipments and confirming order approval and handling pricing information.
• Plan and track the shipment according to customer requirements.
• Responsible for material in compliance with government regulations.
• Preparation of Invoice and Packing List / System Posting Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
• Calculates duties, price conversions, weight, and volume of exported and imported goods, to and from the country of destinations.
• Must have knowledge in HS Code related to Sharjah and Dubai customs. Must have well knowledge in preparation of COO through UAE govt. approved channels. Must have knowledge in custom documentation for Road, Air and Sea shipments.
• Must be capable of coordinating with transporting companies, shipping companies and the production team. Passing export declaration for cargo exports to shipping lines Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation, preparing Invoice, packing List, tracking Shipment, Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
• Maintains a database that tracks merchandise. Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum Qualifications: Must have 2-3 years of experience in relevant field good knowledge in MS Office (Excel and Word Etc.) Excellent English communication skills. Experience in passing custom documentation in UAE. Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation, preparing packing List, tracking Shipment, Coordination with Overseas Buyers and Shipping Agents regarding shipments. Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
