1- Responsible for the shop from display, tidiness, cleanees all assets and tools safely as per manual
2- Managing and Training Sales and sales employees as per the manual .
3- Managing and Training execution and execution employees as per the manual .
4- Managing all customer orders preparation and delivery from shop and online.
5- Handling Customer service management and complaints management with other managerial departments .
6- Looking after all needful items needed for the shop.
7- Assisting when needed in other tasks that may arise .
