As a Lingerie Sales Lady and Social Media Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience and driving online sales through social media channels. This position offers a unique blend of in-store sales and online marketing, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who loves both lingerie and the world of digital marketing.

1. Greet and assist customers in selecting lingerie products that suit their needs and preferences.
2. Provide expert advice on sizing, fit, and style to ensure customers make informed decisions.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
*Social Media:*
1. Manage and update our company's social media profiles, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
2. Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and captions.
3. Develop and implement a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms promptly.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to run social media advertising campaigns.
6. Monitor social media trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
*Requirements:*
*In-Store:*
1. Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in lingerie or fashion, is a plus but not required.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Attention to detail and a passion for helping customers look and feel their best.
*Social Media:*
1. Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or personal brand.
2. Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
3. Creative mindset with a good eye for visual content.
4. Strong written communication skills.
5. Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce trends is a plus.
