Salary 1700/month + 300 Accommodation Allowance + 200 Food Allowance
12 hours of duty and a 1-hour break
Weekly 1 day off
Responsibilities
• Accurately select groceries ordered online by customers, ensuring the highest quality products.
• Recommend substitute products for customers if the ordered item is unavailable.
• Select, scan, and pack products carefully and coordinate the delivery with the rider.
• Monitor fail rate and attend to customer complaints.
• Coordinate all the operations issues with the supervisor.
• Selecting and packing customer-requested products to fulfill customer orders.
• Recommend substitute products for customers if the ordered item is unavailable.
• Coordinate all the operations issues with the Team Lead vendor promptly.
• Support the other Pickers when needed to ensure the on-time completion of orders.
• Able to perform multiple tasks with a high level of focus
• High level of accuracy
• Proficient with electronic devices
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently or in groups
