Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele sales Team Lead located in Dubai.
As a Tele sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of tele sales representatives and driving sales growth.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, training and coaching the team, and ensuring that all targets are met.
You will also be responsible for customer service and providing a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Relevant Team Lead Experience at least 1-2 years
Leading a team of 6 to 30 members
Having experience in BPO or Insurance sector will be added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in Team Management and Team Leadership
Customer service orientation and dedication to customer satisfaction
Strong sales skills and ability to drive sales growth
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is highly desirable
Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus
Salary : AED 4,500 per month
