Telemarketing Executive (Female Indian) Urgently Required!
Play role by providing consultati and tele marketing to the Client
Searching for the new clien Company profiles by any social available media, platforms,
newspapers, business cards, emails, etc...
Provide high level of quality as customer service, including interacting with clients, answering
client’s enquirers, and effectively handling customers complains
Assisting to communicate with the clients and Sales Department, Supporting and Design Team in
regard to logo, email, website designing details etc...
After publishing the website, getting the final approv from the costumer in order
to keep the website published or submit to updates.
In special cases after the OP manager approval meet clients inside the office or visiting their office (exceptional situations arising from the nature of the client business)
Entering all leads to the Salesforce: warm, cold and hot clients. Following up after warm and hot leads, placing the updates in Salesforce.
Sending Emails to clients or other Parties to follow up, inquire and correspond as well
In case of received direct information from the client (email / message / call) regarding any logo, website, designing, updates, correction etc ... all of this information need to be shared with Sales Executive and other departments

-Bachelors Degree
-2 years experience in Telemarketing, Sales or Customer Service.
-Fluent in English
-Malayali and Hindi speaker
