Requirements
Prospecting customers (existing or new) via hot, warm or cold calls to service existing or new requirements.
Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Generate new business opportunities through referrals and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
An aptitude to sell, be adaptable, and be accountable
An aggressive go-getter who knows how to communicate and convince potential customers
Experienced & knowledgeable with photocopiers & printers sales or IT products is a bonus
