This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Dubai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for selling real estate properties over the phone, generating leads and following up on customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support, and participating in training sessions and team meetings.
Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
Experience in customer support a telesales
Effective listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Experience in training and coaching would be beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Fluency in other languages would be a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or related field
