Assist clients with immigration inquiries and provide professional guidance
Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs
Explain immigration processes, requirements, and timelines
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth application handling
Qualifications: Previous sales, customer service, or immigration experience is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
