Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our real estate services
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up with them on a regular basis
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and developments
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve team targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year Experience in Telecaller Real Estate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
