Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively contact potential customers via telephone to present our products or services, and ultimately, generate sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. This role requires a strong focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions based on their requirements.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.


Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
