Full Job Description
Looking for energetic sales people with freshers or any experience and knowledge of CFD products, markets, MT5, ICTS or equivalent trading platforms.
Self-disciplined, self-motivated, well organized with good followup skills.
Good communication skill in English.
Previous experience of working for another FOREX or CFD company is an advantage.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Identify new opportunities in the market and approach customers to increase sales generation.
Understand customer problems and provide instant solutions to ensure a one-stop solution for those calling in to the call center
Boost sales by converting leads in to conversions
Maintain healthy relationships with converted customers, helping them whenever necessary and increasing chances of customer retention
Maintain accurate and systematic records of all doents and adhere to company policies and procedures
