Job Title: Planner
Location: Dubai
Engagement Type: Outsourced / Freelance / Contract
We are seeking an experienced Planner to establish and manage planning processes across company strategy, factory operations, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
1.Strategic Planning
Develop and maintain the Company Strategic Plan aligned with business objectives.
Define milestones, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Support management in forecasting and decision-making.
2.Factory Planning
Develop and maintain the Factory Plan covering production, resources, procurement, and operational activities.
Monitor factory performance against targets and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient resource utilization and workflow management.
3.Project Planning
Develop and maintain detailed Project Plans and schedules.
Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical paths, and resource-loaded schedules.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement recovery plans when required.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction activities.
4.Weekly Planning Process
Establish a standardized planning template and reporting process.
Collect, consolidate, and validate information from all departments on a weekly basis.
Facilitate weekly planning meetings and ensure timely submission of planning inputs.
Produce updated schedules, forecasts, and action plans.
Ensure alignment between company strategy, factory operations, and project execution plans.
Required Skills

Advanced planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and drive planning discipline across multiple teams.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Experience
Proven experience in strategic, operational, and project planning.
Experience within construction, manufacturing, industrial, or EPC environments.
Demonstrated ability to collect and manage planning data from multiple stakeholders and convert it into actionable plans.
