We are looking for a Project - asset - fundraising manager for our new real estate company.
The founder has 25 years of experience in Europe with commercial properties and warehousing
In Dubai we will focus on real state – warehousing development and rental.
For our new projects we are looking for a person who will arrange financial matters and attract investors,
Tasks:
Project prospects
Make project calculation
Maintain contacts with investors
Making financial reports
Drafting contracts
Relationship management
Managing projects and subcontractors
A must is that you have at least 3 years of experience in attracting investors and have a financial network in Dubai.
You will carry out the work in collaboration with the CEO and team.
Work from home or office,
location Dubai
working hours in consultation
Contract Part-time – full-time in consultation.
Salary in consultation.

Salary: From AED20,000.00 per month
