Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets assigned for Credit Cards, Loans and Accounts
• Conduct promotional activities, group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes
• Cross sell various personal banking products like personal loa Cards /payroll accounts
• Visiting companies and building relationship for Payroll
Job Requirements:
• Ability to work under pressure
• Target oriented
• Ability to develop strong personal relationships with companies in the target market
Qualification & Experience:
• University Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in banking or financial industry with regular target achievement and incentives.
