Ideal Candidate Shall be:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY.Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding services, international shipping procedures, and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events.
