Job Summary
We are looking for motivated freelance Sales & Marketing Executives to generate sales and bring in new customers. This is a purely commission-based role with high earning potential.
You will be responsible for finding and closing sales, especially focusing on corporate clients, bulk orders, and event-based printing requirements.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers (individual and corporate clients)
Promote custom mug printing services
Generate leads through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and direct outreach
Close sales and follow up with clients
Build long-term client relationships
Focus on bulk orders from companies, schools, events, and gift shops
Requirements
Strong communication and sales skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Experience in sal is an advantage (not mandatory)
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of UAE market is a plus
Compensation
Commission-based only (No fixed salary)
15% to 20% commission per order, depending on order size and value
Higher commissions available for large corporate or bulk orders
