Supervise and coordinate carpentry staff on shop and project sites. Take site measurements, prepare cutting lists and material estimates. Ensure work is executed to high standards and in line with drawings and safety requirements. Liaise with management on schedules, resource needs and quality control. Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
3+ years of experience as a joinery foreman or senior carpenter. Strong knowledge of carpent techniques and ability to read blueprints and prepare materials. UAE driving licence preferred.
