Leasing & Sales Executive – Beachfront Retail Kiosks
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to take responsibility for leasing our premium beachfront retail kiosks and contributing directly to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Source and generate new leasing leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market research.
Convert enquiries into signed lease agreements and maintain high occupancy levels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants.
Conduct site visits and presentations to potential tenants.
Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing doentation.
Liaise professionally with stakeholders at all levels, including tenants, landlords, suppliers, and management.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leases, payments, and tenant information.
Assist with administrative tasks, including the preparation of cheques, contracts, and related doentation.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to attract suitable retailers and operators.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, leasing, business development, or commercial property leasing.
Valid UAE driving licence and own transport preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Professional appearance and ability to represent the company positively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
