Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, and distribution boards.
Conduct plumbing repairs including water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
Maintain and repair air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
Monitor the performance of MEP equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Perform routine inspections of building systems and prepare maintenance reports.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
Test and commission MEP equipment after installation or repair works.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, materials used, and completed jobs.
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist in renovation, fit-out, and project-related MEP works when required.
Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and testing instruments safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper housekeeping of work areas and maintenance facilities.
Identify spare parts requirements and report material shortages to the supervisor.
Support AC duct, pump, water heater, and motor maintenance activities as required.
Follow company safety policies and use appropriate PPE at all times.
Provide professional service and maintain good communication with clients and building occupants.
Perform any other maintenance duties assigned by the MEP Team Leader or Management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of MEP maintenance experience in the UAE.
Knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
