CSH is hiring a Certified Medical Coder for its healthcare team in Dubai, UAE. The selected candidate will review and validate diagnosis and procedure coding, monitor e-claims and e-prescriptions, ensure doentation accuracy and compliance with insurance guidelines, manage claim denials, support revenue cycle optimization, coordinate with clinical, billing, approvals, and insurance teams, and conduct coding audits while providing feedback and training to staff.
