The Role
You pitch, you close — we handle design, printing, placement and logistics end to end.
Earning Potential
- 10% commission on every deal closed
- Starter deal (AED 38,000) **AED 3,800**
- Growth deal (AED 105,000) **AED 10,500**
- Pro deal (AED 165,000) **AED 16,500**
- Scale deal (AED 300,000) **AED 30,000**
- **+5% commission on every client renewal**
- No cap. No ceiling. Paid within 7 days of client payment.
Ideal Background
- Advertising, media sales, OOH, or digital marketing agency experience strongly preferred
- Strong network in any of these verticals: automotive, real estate, healthcare, F&B, education, or hospitality
- Confident pitching to marketing managers and business owners
- UAE-based and available to meet clients in person when needed
