About the Role
Threads District is seeking a talented and dynamic Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong design capabilities, sales experience, and a solid understanding of interior finishing materials, construction processes, and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative interior design concepts and presentations.
Meet with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions.
Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design proposals.
Generate sales opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
Review and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure proper design implementation.
Recommend suitable materials, finishes, textiles, wallpapers, curtains, and furnishings based on project requirements.
Assist in project doentation and material submittals.
Requirements
Experience in Interior Design and Sales.
Knowledge of textiles, wallpapers, curtains, and interior finishing materials.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
Knowledge of construction sites, fit-out works, and project execution.
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant design software is preferred.
Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
Salary Package
Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience following the interview.
