Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant (Telesales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration advisory, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
•Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to promote immigration services.
•Explain visa and migration programs professionally and accurately.
•Conduct initial client assessments and eligibility evaluations.
•Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
•Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
•Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships.
•Stay updated on immigration programs, policies, and industry developments.
Requirements
•Previous experience in Immigration Advisory is required.
•Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
•Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
