* Answer phone calls and customer queries in a professional manner to offer efficient customer service and enhance the company's image.
* Attend and inform customers about products, promotions, offers, and plastic bag resale at the cash till.
* Maintain the display of front-end counters during checkout downtime.
* Check the cash register for hygiene standards as per the checklist before and after signing in or out.
* Handling home deliveries over the phone and apps
* Working on the scanning of goods, sometimes helping with packing, and processing cash or card payments.

Required skills and qualifications:
* At least intermediate or graduate-qualified
* Must be proficient in communicating in English and Hindi.
* Flexible, hardworking, and positive attitude
* Sensible and pleasant in nature to deal with pressure
* minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar cashier background.
* Pleasant personalities and good grooming
* Customer service orientation.
