Key Responsibilities:
•Manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
•Handle procurement, inventory planning, and supplier management.
•Coordinate import & export activities, shipping, and freight forwarding.
•Ensure compliance with UAE Customs regulations.
•Manage Letters of Credit international trade doentation.
•Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
•Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain performance.
Requirements:
•5–8 years of UAE experience in Supply Chain Management.
•Mandatory experience in HVAC Trading and Building Materials.
•Strong knowledge of import & export procedures, shipping, freight forwarding, and UAE Customs.
•Hands-on experience with Letters of Credit trade doentation.
•Experience with procurement, inventory control, supplier management, and logistics.
•ERP system experience is preferred.
•Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Fluent in Hindi and English.
