We’re Hiring: Accounts Executive – VAT, Corporate Tax & Bookkeeping
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Helen & Sons is looking for a proactive and client-focused Accounts Executive to manage bookkeeping and accounting services for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle bookkeeping and accounting for assigned client accounts
Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
Support VAT filing and Corporate Tax-related compliance work
Coordinate with clients for accounting doents and follow-ups
Assist clients with accounting-related inquiries and service support
Work closely with the internal accounts and operations team to ensure smooth client handling
Requirements:
Experience in UAE bookkeeping, VAT, and Corporate Tax
Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently
Good English communication and client coordination skills
Experience in accounting firms or consultancy companies preferred
Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, or Tally is an advantage
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy in work
