•Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
•Provide professional travel advice based on customer needs and budget.
•Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and travel partners regarding reservations.
•Monitor and achieve assigned monthly targets.
•Ensuring consistent progress toward departmental and organizational goals.
•Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
•Maintain updated knowledge of destinations, fares, and promotions.
•Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a professional manner.
•Follow up with guests before and after their stay to ensure a positive experience.
